Ingredients: Bakery ingredients: 1: Baking mix: WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, starch, baking powder (acidifier diphosphates, raising agent sodium carbonates), WHEAT POWDER enriched with proteins, SWEET WHEAT POWDER, natural flavouring, lemon flavoured powder (maltodextrin, lemon juice concentrate, natural flavouring), table salt. Glaze mix: sugar, LACTOSE, modified starch, acidifier citric acid, natural flavourings. Confetti for sugar decorations: sugar, starch, palm fat, rice flour, colours (brilliant blue FCF, carmine, curcumin, carotene), natural flavouring. May contain traces of egg, soya, nuts, mustard and lUPine.
Instructions for use
You will also need: For the dough: 1 egg (size M), 100 ml cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil), 75 ml water or milk (1.5% fat) For the glaze: 20 ml (2 tablespoons) lukewarm water Preparation: First: Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat or 180 °C fan oven. 1. Prepare the dough Place the baking mix, egg, cooking oil and water or milk in a bowl and mix with the mixer (sticks) first briefly on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for approx. 1 minute, until creamy. 2. Bake Place 20 mini muffin tins on a baking tray. Using 2 teaspoons, evenly distribute the dough into the tins. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake on the middle shelf. Before removing from the oven, check with a wooden skewer whether the mini muffins are cooked through. Place the mini muffins on a baking rack to cool. 3. Decoration Mix the icing mixture with lukewarm water until smooth and brush the mini muffins with the icing. Sprinkle decorative confetti on the still wet icing. Top/bottom heat: approx. 200 °C Fan oven: approx. 180 °C Baking time: approx. 15 minutes
