RUF Brookies combines the best of cakes and cookies: the base is a delicious and moist chocolate cake, in the classic brownie style. The topping is a crunchy biscuit dough with extra chocolate pieces that melt gently during baking.
RUF Brookies can be prepared in no time, require only a few ingredients and even the brownie baking tin is included in the package. This makes them perfect for any occasion, be it a birthday or a spontaneous visit. Thanks to the RUF recipe, the brownies are quick and easy to prepare.

How to use

For the brownie batter: 1 egg (size M) 80 g melted butter or margarine 65 ml water For the cookie batter: 100 g butter or margarine Preparation: Fold the baking tin Carefully remove the sticky points from the baking tin and unfold the tin completely. Fold the top edges outwards and insert the tabs into the holes. Melt the butter and prepare the crumble Put the butter in a pan, melt and leave to cool slightly (approx. 10 minutes). Place the baking mix for the crumble together with 100 g softened butter or margarine in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer (dough hook) or by hand until crumbs form. Preparing and baking the dough Place the cooled melted butter, water, egg and baking mix in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (beater), first on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for about 3 minutes, until creamy. Pour the dough into the baking tin and level it. Spread the crumble over the dough and bake the brownie in the preheated oven, on the middle shelf. Top and bottom heat: approx. 180 °C Fan oven: approx. 160 °C Baking time: approx. 25-28 minutes
