All you need is water
Use plain water from the tap without additives for the water container. It can stay safe in the pillow for up to one year and it just needs to be removed
Fine adjustment
If you have the feeling that it could be a little louder/larger, simply add more water - continuously and, if necessary, to the milliliter until it is 100% correct. If it is too hard or hard, just drain any amount of water. Tip: It is better to start with less water and then gradually increase.
Filling and removing residual air
