Product description
An absolute classic! The base mix for the "mother of all sandwiches". Spelt and pumpkin seeds - that's all you need. Goes well with any cheese or sausage. In between, always and everywhere. Did you know? Pumpkin seeds are rich in essential fatty acids, magnesium, plant sterols, selenium, vitamin E and zinc! Their antioxidant effect strengthens the body's defenses and fights free radicals. This baking mix has it all! This bread baking mix makes approx. 825 g of bread and can be stored unopened for at least 10 months! 100% natural!
Baking instructions: Dissolve 3/4 cube (approx. 30 g) of fresh yeast in 400 ml lukewarm water, add the dough and mix well. Pour the dough into a greased loaf tin (approx. 25 cm). For best baking results, leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° with top/bottom heating for 60 minutes. (Baking times are approximate).
